Can you come today?

Most days, yes. Call in the morning and there is a good chance we can be there that afternoon. If we cannot make it today we tell you on the call and give you the earliest time.

Is the clean up included?

Yes. Removing the nest, cleaning up droppings and nesting material, and treating for bird mites are all part of the job, not extras.

Will the birds come back?

They will try, because pigeons and mynas return to a spot that worked. That is why we close the gap on the same visit wherever we can, and why your warranty includes a free return visit.

What if there are eggs or chicks in the nest?

Tell us when you call. With pest birds we talk you through the options and the timing. With a native bird, an active nest is not touched.

Is the mite treatment safe for my kids and pets?
