Talk to us about your property
Tell us what you have seen and your suburb, and we call you back with a price.
- Call us or send your details with your suburb
- We call you back with your price, before anything is booked
- We come out, same day where we have a slot, and $50 off when it is today
A local team, not a call centre
Pest Hunter is based in Bulleen and works across the whole of metro Melbourne, plus Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. When you call, you get somebody who knows the suburbs and can tell you on the phone what you are probably dealing with before anybody is booked.
Melbourne housing is the reason this work is so specific. A 1920s weatherboard in the inner north has completely different entry points from a brick veneer in Doncaster or a new build in Tarneit. The eastern suburbs get possums because of the trees. The west gets mice when the paddocks are cut. Knowing that is most of the job.
We are not the cheapest operator in Melbourne and we do not try to be. What we do is inspect properly, treat what is actually there, close the way back in, and tell you the truth about what a treatment can and cannot do.
Four things we will not compromise on
These are the ones that cost us jobs sometimes, and we keep them anyway.
We write it down
Every product used at your property goes on a written record, with the areas treated. If somebody in the house has a sensitivity, or your auditor asks, the answer already exists.
We ask before we quote
A price given before we know what is going on is a guess. We ask the right questions first, then quote, and the number does not move on the day unless you add to the job.
We proof, not just treat
Treatment without proofing is a subscription. Closing the entry points is the part that makes the result last, and it is part of how we scope every job.
We tell you the truth
Including when the honest answer is that you do not need us, that the real source is next door, or that a job needs two visits rather than one.
If they come back, so do we
Every job comes with a warranty in writing: 6 months on rodent control and general pest control, and 1 year on possum removal, bee removal and bird nest removal. If activity comes back inside it, we come back and sort it at no cost to you.
